FAQ
How long does it take to receive images after a session?
Great question! Please allow 1-3 weeks from time of session for your online gallery to be available. Need them by a specific date? Send us a message and we will try to accommodate.
How should we dress for our family session?
Moon and Palm offers styling guides and advice for each session! We work with you one on one to custom tailor the perfect outfits for every occasion!
What’s the best time to have a session with a newborn?
We advise newborn sessions to occur within the first month of life, though between 1-3 weeks is the sweet spot!
How can I purchase more images?
We get it; sometimes there's just too many breathtaking photos to be limited by the original session package gives. So what can be done? Full galleries as well as single images are available for purchase post session. Just shoot us a message and we will gladly walk you through the pricing!
How does payment work?
With each session booked, there is a non-refundable deposit required at time of booking to secure your day and time. The last half of payment is due no later than day of session. Sessions will be cancelled for failure to pay before time of shooting.
How long is my online gallery available for?
Online galleries will be available to customers for one year past session date
